STRESZCZENIE
Po usunięciu zęba w strefie estetycznej trudno jest utrzymać naturalny wygląd tkanek miękkich i twardych. Musimy „oszukać” nasz organizm, tak aby myślał, że ząb wciąż jest na swoim miejscu i że nie doszło do przerwania ukrwienia kości odwięzadłowej ze strony więzadła ozębnej. Ten trik określa się jako technikę socket shield (technikę blaszki korzeniowej).

SUMMARY
After tooth extractions in the aesthetic zone, it is difficult to maintain the natural appearance of the soft and hard tissues. We need to “trick” our body into thinking that the tooth is still present and that the blood supply from the periodontal ligament to the bundle bone has not in fact been interrupted. The trick used is called the socket-shield technique.
