STRESZCZENIE
Jakość tkanek miękkich wokół implantów w obrębie grzbietu wyrostka wydaje się w dużym stopniu wpływać na powodzenie leczenia implantologicznego i utrzymanie stanu osteointegracji. Jednak wymogi dotyczące szerokości, grubości i rogowacenia błony śluzowej nadal są kontrowersyjne i są przedmiotem wielu badań klinicznych. Opisywano różne techniki i materiały do augmentacji tkanek miękkich wokół implantów.

SUMMARY
The quality of the peri-implant soft tissue around the crestal portion of dental implants seems to be as much a factor of implant success and survival as their osseointegration. However, the requirements in terms of width, thickness and keratinization of the mucosa are still controversial and have been the object of numerous clinical studies. Various techniques and materials have been described for augmenting periimplant soft tissue.
