STRESZCZENIE
Jednym z najczęstszych powikłań, do jakich dochodzi podczas podnoszenia dna zatoki szczękowej, jest perforacja błony Schneidera. Opisano wiele technik postępowania w przypadku wystąpienia tego powikłania. W niniejszym technicznym artykule autorzy przedstawiają metodę naprawy perforacji błony w sąsiedztwie przyśrodkowej ściany jamy zatoki – przypadku, w którym wszystkie wcześniej opisane techniki są nieprzewidywalne. Uszczelnienie perforacji jest możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu tytanowych ćwieków, stabilizujących błonę zaporową w stosunku do ściany przyśrodkowej.

SUMMARY
One of the most frequent complications which is encountered with maxillary sinus grafting is the perforation of the sinus membrane. Several techniques have been reported for the management of this complication. In this technical note, the authors present a method for the repair of a membrane perforation adjacent to the medial wall of the sinus cavity, an indication that makes the success of all previously described techniques unpredictable. The sealing of the perforation is possible by using titanium tacks for stabilizing the membrane against the medial wall.
